The following policies only apply to items purchased directly from Round House. We can only accept returns purchased directly from Round House. The only way to purchase from Round House is by using our website (www.round-house.com). If you purchased from a different retailer or on a different website then you need to contact that retailer for their return policy.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Orders placed November 3 through December 23 may be returned until January 15.

Returns
Please email support@round-house.com concerning a return and we will provide instructions.

We can only accept returns purchased directly from Round House. The only way to purchase from Round House is by using our website (www.round-house.com). If you purchased from a different retailer or on a different website then you need to contact that retailer for their return policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days for merchandise that is not defective. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Defective merchandise may be returned. Normal wear and tear are not considered defects. For 111 years we have prided ourselves on quality.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (please allow 5-10 business days after we receive for inspection), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If we have emailed you that your refund is approved please wait 5-10 days for the refund to show up on your credit card or bank account.

If after 5-10 days you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact support@round-house.com for instructions.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
